Truth is most "Canceled Building" sales pitches are BS! However, these buildings are on consignment from owners who were unable to erect them for many different reasons or have disassembled them. I am listing these to help the owners cover expenses and to give you a great deal. I also will have each building inspected before any transaction takes place just to cover make sure it's on the up & up. I can also get these structures engineering updated and wet stamped for a reasonable fee as required.
NOTE: You will have to bring these buildings up to current CODE for permit process or place them in rural "AG" locations. Engineering Upgrades Are Available.
